VILLA DESIGN

This project was designed not for school, for an advertising project which is not built yet. These drawings were just conceptual for clients of firm.

First of all the plot had been searched while taking plot's sizes to road and other plots. This is included two same twin villas and, one single villa which are connected with common pool. Pathways, terraces balconies, carpark are settled.

These villas will be settled on Çeşmealtı in İzmir. Colours symbolizes local area. Blue, white and wooden decks combined with the nature of green.

When you wake up, you look through the window and will be enjoying this wiew specialized for you.

Blue roof covering is compatible with sky, it's because this is a different attitude at all, firm owner wanted to call ''Villas Modern''.

Environment is safe and healty for your pets as much as

yours. Your children and your pets can be free here, play whole the day safely.

At the night, chic lightining objects make this place look well-designed as the day time. you can sit around the pool and relaxed at night.
